It has been a great couple of weeks meeting with our Year 7 parents, visiting our partner primary schools and engaging with our Stage 6 parents in the delivery of information about the journey to the HSC. If you know any parents of children in Years 4-6, we are having a ‘Meet and Greet’ the Principal on 13th March and I would appreciate you passing on this information, so that I have the opportunity to proudly show what we have to offer at our school…

From our Deputy (Year 7): At Kariong Mountains High School, we continually see that students who are socially engaged have a greater sense of belonging and are usually more academically motivated. Six weeks into high school and our Year 7 students are already forming positive connections. A Central Vision: An exhibition showcasing talented high school artists opened at Gosford Regional Gallery on Wednesday, February 27. Congratulations to Peggy-Anne, in Year 8, who won the highly accomplished award at the exhibition opening, an amazing achievement! Well done to the following students, for having work selected and on display in the exhibition: Bryson, Jade, Amelia, Peggy-Anne, Sarah and Olivia.
